An interview with Lily

We usually conclude with dating tips, but how about we start this interview with a tip-off?

Be up front - not too forward, but don't be afraid to put yourself out there a bit. If she turns you down then it's her fault and she wasn't right for you in the first place!

OK. How about describing a positive dating experience?

One guy I had dated a few times had asked me to a concert with him and his friends. I figured I would really see his true colors because most times guys I dated were COMPLETELY different around their friends and I hated it. But this guy was different - he was just as nice, warm, and funny... and his friends were friendly and easy to relate to. I knew then that I would enjoy being with him because he always made me feel comfortable and when we were spending time together he always made an effort to talk and learn more about me. It was very nice and refreshing.

In your dating experience, what has been a typical turn-off, something that happened more than it should?

The "games." They call you one day and then don't call for a week or two... and then when you lose interest all of the sudden they gain interest again. I couldn't stand that. It was obvious to me that if someone was truly interested, they wouldn't pull stunts like that.
